The desire that God has put into my heart is to worship Him in spirit and in truth, and my whole life has been a series of training and testing grounds to prepare me for this.  I was blessed to be born into a family that was built upon God.  He was the center of everything we did, and my parents were faithful in teaching us to love, follow, and depend upon God in every area of our lives.  During a season of revelation in my life by the Holy Spirit I received a calling to lead worship.  Since then I have been developing and using the gifts and talents that God has given me to use for His glory through corporate worship.

 

 

 

Brian Massey- Back-up Vocals & Keys

Born and raised in the country hoodlum of Portland, MI, Brian found himself a love for music and God. Instead of picking up a shovel and some seed, he picked up a keyboard, trombone and a bible and thought "Hey, these two work out just fine for me. Brian is in his junior year at Western Michigan University majoring in music education. He co-worship directs at Jamestown Reformed Church in Jamestown, MI with fellow Uzziahan, Jared. Brian loves to worship and loves to rock hard doing it. Philippians 3:12

 

Jared Hoskins - Drums

Although I did not always feel God's presence in my life, I now see that He has been there from day one.  I was adopted as an infant and could not ask for better parents.  They raised me with the help of God and a strong church family.  My passion is to know God and to help others know God, but this was not always the case.  My first passion was athletics.  Even though I was good at sports they just weren't fulfilling.  I then developed a passion for music and played with several groups, however they were all about me and they never lasted long. 

As I began to become more passionate about God I decided to be more deliberate in making sure that when I played, I played for Him.  Now when I play it is to lift up God Almighty in praise while providing an atmosphere where people can experience God and be moved by the Holy Spirit to worship and grow in their faith.
